It was fairly clean and the staff were helpful, beds were comfortable. The setting was absolutely perfect and EXCELLENT, adjacent to old Lovech, the covered bridge, the Middle Age forteress. It also was direct in the centre.

The room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Polite and helpful receptionist. Good value for money. Great location near the center of town. Good heating system. Acceptable food and coffee options.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to all landmarks and the center of town. the staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and clean with comfortable beddings. the food at the on-site restaurant is delicious.
The breakfast is limited in options and the service could be improved.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in Lovech. The location was superb, with the hotel being very close to the center of town and all the landmarks. It made it so convenient for me to explore the city and visit all the places of interest. The service here was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were impressive, from the air conditioning to the mini-bar and the cozy sitting area. I also loved the terrace and garden furniture, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including free toiletries, an alarm clock, and a flat-screen TV. Hotel Presidivm Palace in Lovech was so hot and stuffy, I thought I was in a sauna. They even refused to turn on the AC. Windows were my only escape. Such a delightful sickening experience.
Who needs soap and enough toilet paper? Not me! Oh, and let's not forget the low shower and death-defying fan.

I loved the location of the hotel, it was very close to the center of the town and all landmarks were easily accessible. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. I was impressed by the spaciousness and light in the room. Parking was convenient and easy to access.
Couldn't fault anything, my stay at the hotel was perfect in every way.
